Summary: "LOVE THIS BOOK"

Of all the "Bititng Love" books in the series, I like this one best. There are very few books Ive read that made me actually laugh out loud- this was definitely one of them. Plus- it was pretty sexy.

Highly Recommended read :)

Summary: "Annoying"

The female lead's speech and thought patterns drove me insane! To top that off she's kind of stupid ("what's epiphany mean") and pretty slutty (which I'm all for normally but in her case it was kind of gross--maybe b/c she's mistaken for a young teen throughout the book). The male lead is supposed to be this centuries year-old vampire, but part of the book's premise is to raise 500K. Um, shouldn't he have that? Most vamps are ridiculously rich in these urban fantasies. He doesn't seem to be an exception as his new motorcycle, multi-family home and platinum card will attest. So why the saga over 500K (and the absurd upset when they think they're 5K short)? Really glad I got this when it was on the $0.00 Kindle price list. All I wasted was a little time--very little as is a short read.

Summary: "Nixie and Julien create a little fireworks"

Nixie Schmeling is a punk rocker and is quite a powerhouse with a guitar...all one hundred pounds of her. She ends up being maneuvered into to running the town's first annual fundraising festival. She feels she's been played when she finds out the money raised there is to pay for an out-of-town, heavy-hitting lawyer.

The lawyer is Julian Emerson, whose buttoned-up ways, conceal a powerful predator capable of doing just about anything. He's come down from Boston to defend the town against a group of rogue vampires that go by the name of The Coterie. His biggest problem is not the rogues, but Nixie, who he seems to lose control every time he's around her.

She thinks he's a shyster and doesn't understand her, and he wishes she would just speak in a language he could understand. The way they come together is both funny and touching, by turns. Like the first novel Bite My Fire: A Biting Love story Nixie learns that she loves Julian almost at the very end of the book, which I still find disappointing. Their ups and downs are a pleasure to follow. Happy reading.

Summary: "Hot, funny paranormal erotic romance"

This book is a hoot! I loved it. Some other reviewer gave it one star and said it was truly horrible because it was full of sex... Um, yeah, that would be the point of the erotic romance genre!

If you like hot vampire heroes, funny romantic comedies, and EROTIC ROMANCES (i.e. aren't afraid of your own sexuality or think it's a sin!) you'll like Biting Nixie :-)
